"The service team from L&H were professional in every way! Tony Baez and his assistant Simon were here on time and worked the entire day installing my new furnace and A/C unit. These guys never stoped until the job was completed and cleaned up afterwards. "The day the we put our house on the market, our AC stopped working. We had showings lined up and the temperature in our house kept going up. I called L&H Services for emergency service on my system, within 45 minutes Dion Munos showed up. Within 10 minutes he identified the problem and had a replacement part on the truck. He went one step further and before he turned the system on, he verified there there were no issues that would damage the replacement part. I appreciated Don’s very friendly demeanor and professional approach. I highly recommend L8H Services. Its very rare to find a company and a technician that could do more to please their customer. "Had an issue that would cause the furnace to not heat. L&H came to look on a Friday, said would quote by noon Monday. Furnace didn't work all weekend. Monday, no call no quote. I called them they said sorry maybe tomorrow. I stressed the point that it's December and cold, it needs fixed. They begrudgingly quoted, verbally, one component at half the price of a new furnace. Over double the price online! I asked for a paper quote to see why, they said 'no we are flat rate we won't provide a written quote". The operations manager and owner, to this day have never returned a call or email. So ignorant and uncaring. I called GPS in Grant park and they fixed it the next day for hundreds less. Don't trust L&H, not what they used to be."
